Dorcas "Dori" Grubaugh, Esq., LL.M. has over twenty years of experience advising nonprofit organizations, focusing specifically in the areas of nonprofit formation, governance, contracts, and other transactional matters faced by the firm's nonprofit clients. Ms Grubaugh also brings extensive knowledge of estate planning and probate practice to the firm.

Prior to joining FPLG, Mrs. Grubaugh served as an attorney at firms in Grapevine, Texas, where she gained specific experience in non-profit corporate law, and general experience in civil law practice, including business law, commercial loan transactions, health law, and real estate law.

Mrs. Grubaugh lives in Arlington, Texas, is married, and has four daughters and one son.
